York Auction Centre had 112 head of stock through the market including 58 store cattle, 6 Breeding Cattle and 48 sheep.

Sheep
A small show of store lambs forward today with the bulk of which being small types reared from pet lambs which reflects in the average. That said, a pen of small Suffolks looked particularly well at £48 per head from Molly Cavell. Top price of the day went to Millie Cooke for a nice pen of Texel crosses selling to £78 per head. No short keep lambs in today but all lambs looked well sold against fat trade.
