Calves & Stirks

A few nice calves and stirks forward today with top price being £490 for a Lim x bull from A Rooke, a nice run of named sire angus heifers also from the same home selling to the same price! Well fed stirks good to sell especially heifers as we get nearer turning out time, some buyers even travelling from near hull returning home empty so more needed all the time! A handful of fresh calves from Oxton farms sold well at £200 for a sweet little blue/shorthorn bull and little dairy bulls selling to £55.
