Calves

An absolute flyer of a day once again with a good number of calves and stirks penned. Calves sold to £475 for a very nice Hereford heifer from M I C Slater with another 4 from the same home over £400 and others not far behind.

A consignment of freshly weaned angus bulls and heifers from local vendor D V Lee sold to £448 for a well presented bull.

Stirks sold to £600 a head for a pair of nice Charolais x heifers from regular supporter A Rooke, and dairy bull stirks sold to £415 a head for some nice British Friesian bulls from R Addy.
