It was purchased by Harry Bromwich Family Butchers from Haxby for 485p/kg, grossing £2965. Harry Bromwich has only been trading for 18 months and has already built up an excellent reputation in the area for selling good quality meat, pies and also has a pop-up sandwich shop. He is to be congratulated on buying the supreme champion which was produced only 2 miles away from his shop.
The judge chose another Limousin X heifer shown by Pip & Liz Dale, The Willows, Skirpenbeck, weighing 502kg and was purchased by the judge for 435p/kg. Grossing to £2181.
