Calves sold to £550 for a Beef Shorthorn from K & A & E E Avis.

Breeding cattle sold to £1400 for a Hereford cow with a Charolais heifer calf at foot.   
Heifers sold to £1425 for an Aberdeen Angus from S Barnes.  

Steers sold to £1545 for a Simmental from W H Lockwood & Co.

Bulls sold to £780 for a Blonde X from R E Cornforth.

Store sheep sold to £121 for Suffolk lambs from Edgar Bros.

A lighter show of lambs forward today but some very nice sorts penned, and some new vendors also coming to try us out, with all selling away nicely to a fantastic average of £93.32. Top lambs today sold to £121/ head for a tremendous pen of Suffolks from James Edgar, not far behind was Rachel Wilson with a pen of shapely little Beltex lambs selling to £114/ head.  Short keep lambs to average - £117, Mid term lambs to average £91, Long term lambs to average £78. 60x beltex x store lambs already entered for the next sale from H&B Beevers
